Actually it is probably the FHA that is NOT tkanig that neighborhood! Also, some housing associations are not accepting people with FHA loans because they have a higher risk of walking away from their properties since they put almost nothing down. That in turn drives down the prices of everyone elses home. Was this answer helpful?
