This chapter had so This chapter had so many good poitns and was very interesting to me.I have heartburn and acid reflux a lot so like most people I wonder How do I get it and some people don't.This chapter explained to me that to do with my cardiac sphincter . I also found it very neat to learn about the peptic ulcers. I did not know that they occur most often in men between the ages of 20 and 50. Heartburn and indigestion are often the first signs of a ulcer.I also did nor know that Gallstones affect twice as many women as it does men.Gallstones start in the gallbladder when the bile composition changes .There can be one gallstone present or even up to several hundred(ouch).
