While I too think that Data would be a great choice, I think a beettr choice for me would would be Spock. He's a complete package: able to think logically in a crisis, super strong during a zombie attack, creative enough to come up with solutions to both the overall crisis and any problems that come up in the short-term. And although he wouldn't be immune to a zombie bite, I highly doubt he'd allow himself (or anyone with him) to get into a position of getting bitten. With Spock by his side, Kirk never lost. I should be so lucky.
