It's just as possible that those who can afford to live near large greenspaces, which tend to be higher priced properties, are part of an income bracket which has access to better diet, health care, etc. People who live near the UBC endowment lands likely have better health than those who live in the downtown Eastside: likely has little to do with the greenery, unless you're referring to the dinero variety.
