Its on my reading list. Matt Makowicz has a pair of books on the sucbejt as well. The first is about setting an MSP up. The second is about marketing programs, building a brand, influencing potential customers, etc. Personally I thought the first one was made of gold if you are a small IT shop looking to switch from hourly to recurring.
