Make half of your diet meat. Cook your own food, fresh veggies and so on. Don't buy peeocssrd premade crap. Veggies > than fruit. Eat less grains. Treat breakfast as another dinner. Instead of eating aveage breakfast foods eat leftovers or something. 5 meals a day. The 3 major meals and a snack in- between.. such as a double serving of fruits or veggies.. The stomach is not meant to be idle. If you keep it running your motabolism will increase.
