Shonnie you can do this! Look at all you have done in one years time! The first time I finished a thrltiaon that I trained for it was like a loaf of sourdough bread with butter & honey on top. Can you tell that food is a weakness of mine too?! I have been a weight watchers lifetime member for over two years now, and the consistency of the program holds me accountable to my desires to over consume.
