I had troubles to keep the ribs to the table when the legs got down. My right leg did beettr then my left.I have a sway back and have pain in my muscles when I am lying on my back with my legs straight. I also have much trouble to get out of bed in the morning. My backmuscles are very stiff then.Are there exercises to get rid of my sway back and the morning-stiffness?
