that they both protect again starin 16 and 18, and that Gardasil protects against type 6 and 11 also. If there are over a hundred starins then this only covers 4. That doesn't seem like enough. I hope they are working on vaccines that cover a wider range of starins.I was disturbed at the chart on page 282 that shows Alaska was the highest for the number of reported cases of Chlamydia in 2006. I thought chlamydia was a virus similar to herpes and that once you had it there was no getting rid of it and you could have recurring outbreaks . The book describes it as a bacterial infection basically that can be treated with antibiotics. The reason so many people get infected with it is that most do not have symptoms and if they do they do not show until about three weeks after contracting.
