I wasnt taiklng about the 77% I was taiklng about the 23% always mentioned in the polls for voting NO on everything because, they are consistently obstructionist. They 77% falls evywhere, who could track that. 23% same people same polls. Its the 23% that wants to run the whole show, their way. As percentages go, Why do 45% of teabaggers still believe Obama was born in Kenya??I think rand paul almost declared himself President while berating Hillary. Prolly one the best SoState we've had since Jefferson and guess what the teabaggin 23% dont like her. If things in the future get better, the 50% may be able to pay taxes, but the top % never will pay a fare share.
