I loved hearing the clock chime! That was awmoese.Esneeky Meatchelle: Actually, you can than the previous board of the Lincoln Heights Neighborhood Council for the light posts, benches, trash cans, etc. You see, the money came from the City years ago. Y pues, the Chamber was so slow in making decisions on what to do with the money that the Lincoln Heights Neighborhood Council found out and stepped in to save the money before it was lost. As time was ticking by, there were penalties for not using the funds, and thousands were lost. But we managed to get public meetings set up and ask residents what they wanted and made it happen.The Chamber is good for nothing.
