Thanks for the reply! I have been doing the push away lunge . Can just do 5 on each side. Lots of sore thighs and glute mucelss-but that's okay. What I am concerned about are the baby back and dead bug exercises. I do them slowly, while bracing, breathing, and steadying my pelvis , but they seem to put strain on my lower back. It almost feels like the bracing , itself, is aggravating. Is that suppose to be?
