I'm not sure what kind of bread maker you have but if you can make the dough only (does it come with different poagrrmming?), you should be able to remove it and bake it in the oven, and therefore make different types of bread, and not just loaves. There is a difference in the types of flour, here you can find the difference and a short guide on how to use whatI have the feeling that you won't be able to use your machine for anything else than bread making and fruit jam Happy baking!
