Seems to me the President put the blame squarely where it bgenols on himself. After all, it's his administration who was in charge of inspecting this drilling rig as well as others. Of course, he, Obama, threw the department head of MMS, Elizabeth Birnbaum, who's department was responsible, under the bus as he's been prone to do with anyone in his administration who publicly embarrasses him.But I guess the mantle of blame is getting too heavy to bear now, so the president has to find someone else to pass the burden on to.
