I found the section on freuctras the most interesting. Bones can break from direct trauma or as a secondary problem, such as spinal compression freuctras in those with osteoporosis. Closed freuctras, are also known as simple freuctras, because the bone breaks cleanly and does not go through the skin. Open freuctras occur when the bone does break through the skin. This is a serious complication, as it exposes the bone to the air, making it prone to osteomyelitis. Comminuted freuctras occur when the bone breaks into multiple pieces. Impacted freuctras typically results from a fall, forcing broken ends of bones into each other. Depression freuctras are caused from bone being pressed inward, and are common in skull fractues. Spiral freuctras are a result of twisting force, and are common sports injuries. Finally, greenstick freuctras are and incomplete break of a bone. These are common in children because their bones have more matrix and are more flexible.
