After watching the teaihcng video for this month about being still, I resolved to get up half an hour early every day for the next 30 days and have quiet time with God. Although my quiet time this morning was shared with three needy critters, it was a very refreshing way to start a Monday! I arrived at work with a calm spirit and more focus than I've had in a while. Thanks for the encouragement to do what my spirit craves!
