it was different thigns; now it is a little better and we finally got her some help. But once she became an adult it was up to her and she just didn't want to face it even with no being able to hold down a job, going through 4 husbands, mood swings crazy (not just our normal PMS stuff), and lots of medication interchange. Everyone just wanted it to be anxiety, depression, etc and try those drugs first. She finally started to talk to a psychologist who traced it all back to her youth and her nightmares and outbursts and it took about a month for the doctor to get to know her and diagnose her. She has been on meds for the bi-polar disorder about 3 months and she seems like I remember her as my big sister that loved me and had fun with me! I wish those years weren't lost, but I am excited to hopefully have her get to know her 4 nieces and nephews because she never was interested in my children at all. And thank God she didn't have any children.
