Good ol' AA. They lost our bag going from Seattle to Branson, MO. Took two days to get it because the deleviry driver dropped the deleviry info paper between the seats of his truck. I'm not making that up, either. Then United lost our bag from Seattle to London. It went from Seattle to SanFran to London then BACK to Seattle before they tracked it down. We made them leave it in Seattle and bought new stuff. It's a wonder I fly at all.
