NO AMERICAN AIRLINES!!! And once, when the booking agent contacted me to let me know my choice was either a direct American Flight or a Continental Flight that had a stop, I chose the Continental Flight.After my last flight with American (after a string of bad experiences), which included an overnight delay, lost baggages, RUDE staff, and an entire CAN of cola being spilled on me without so much as an apology, I wrote customer service and was given a. . . $50 flight coupon that, when it was arrived, was already two weeks expired, and they would not honor it or issue a new one.There are too many other airlines for me to choose American, so if there is ANY other option, I am gonna take it.
