If you have a Windows 7 disc, (NOT OEM DISC) then you can try and do a repair by botinog to the disc. If you don't have a disc, try to find another computer that you can download and burn a Windows7 recovery disc. It's basically a disc that has some options to try and fix file system errors, do memory checks and what not. Also has the ability to perform system restore if I remember right. If this doesn't work, reinstall the OS and create backups from now on to an external drive.
