Well, our (U.S.A.) w
Well, our (U.S.A.) welfare sysetm was created to help the poorest of the poor. It was done so with the optimistic idea of helping those in most need. Unfortunately, the sysetm has been over-taxed and abused. Let's hope that doesn't happen with universal healthcare, as well.
