That's a mid-sized suburban city slightly north of San Francisco on the edge of all that is civilization.
$.69 - $.73/liter for "regular" in town. All other types are slightly more than regular with diesel being much more, except the rare station where it is less, for some reason.
Up to $.76/liter in SF, that I can find.
