that he was going to
that he was going to have several deronmatiofs and he wouldn't live a normal life. She, however, ignored them. He was born with many problems, but many of them they have overcome. He has been able to do many of the things they said he would never be able to do. He is a good example of what wonders of the medical advancements can accomplish. The final area that was interesting to me was the section on multiple sclerosis. I did home care for a nurse who developed multiple sclerosis. It was really hard for her because she recognized the different stages as they developed. Her speech was severely affected and she would get so frustrated when she could not express what she wanted. Another girl that I new that had the disease developed it very early, she was 18. She noticed it when her joints were causing her pain during volley ball. She lived with it for a long time, but eventually had to be put in a home where she died shortly after being admitted into the facility. However, I do know of one miraculous person who had multiple sclerosis. She was diagnosed with the disease and instead of letting it get her down she took a holistic approach. She had a positive attitude, ate a special diet, increased her excercise and would never give in to her symptoms. After about 5 years, there was no evidence of the disease. No explanation of why it went away or how it went away. This was a very informative section, one in which I will definately be reviewing again.
