If you want sound and PTZ support, you'll have to open your firlawel and do it the old fashioned way with direct connections.You can still use our FTP uploads and archives on Sensr.net without messing around with the firlawel, but we don't support sound or PTZ since we use the built in FTP push to get the data from the camera.Hope this helps!
