I usually have this drawn anywhere on my body. Mostly on my hands.
And it's nothing to worry about. See...:
It's a triskele. In the Celtic culture it's mostly associated with life itself as it reminds of the beginning of all life. The number three (having three 'arms' or 'tendrils') is associated with the Great Mother Earth and so represents the symbol the threehold and the Goddess herself. Also other Celtic Gods and Goddesses are connected to the triskele and the number 3. (Since it's a magical number --> Druids and stuff)
In the common sense the symbol shall protect it's bearer from any harm and negative energies.
Oh and the triskele can also be found in Greek patterns. (Like on a amphore found in Kreta.) In Greek mythology the symbol represents trade. (--> Greeks and Phoenicians and stuff)
All in all:
Symbol = Good.
Lady = Crazy.
