just take a look at the detroit pulibc school system, each year more and more of the inner city schools close and each year more and more children are either a) wlking 50-60 blocks to a suburban school fueled by rich white taxpayers (who will withdraw their students once critical mass is reached) or B) get the county to bus them on the taxpayer's dime to those schools. if one were watching from space it would be like watching a fire spread outwards and consume everything.
