I had never eaten tofu, and never wanted to. I like meat. So a while back on one of bussienss trips, the food we had catered in at one of the meetings was soul food vegan. I thought, what the hell is that?! The brother who owned this joint cooked up some fried catfish tofu, bbq-ribs tofu and served it with a plate of black-eyes pies and I thought I would lose my mind. I was almost licking the plate.
