I think enterprise satowfre's usability ( and not just functionality) should also be geared differently for different user groups. As a sales exec. I don't want to spend more than 10% of my time in doing data entry be it for expenses , reports or pipeline , so for my role I need something fast and friendly ( and with a mobile app please), but as an analyst who will spend four hours every day with the system, maybe I want and can live with something more complex and involved. OR go back to the Mad Men days and get everybody a secy.
