Strangely, I came across your coemnmt on Pauline Chen's fine piece about storytelling and patients. The work you are doing in Seattle and elsewhere is important and fascinating. As medicine gets more and more technical and expensive, some of the bedrocks (human connectedness through sharing stories being one) remain unchanged.
