What an inspired idea, and a loelvy result! The first thing that came to my mind when I read the words "rhubarb vodka" is using it in homemade strawberry ice cream. Many recipes call for vodka, yours would be a very nice twist on that. Or in an adult strawberry sorbet....I would think that it would also be a very good addition to sweet, fruity cocktails, to counterbalance that sweetness. Maybe in place of rum in a strawberry daiquiri, for example? (I'm not much of a daiquiri drinker, so I may be completely off with that idea.)
