the upgrades are only expensive if you need them
remember that a lot of people here would shriek in horror at a basic pc package ;)
think - what do you need it for? is it for basic typing / net use etc? or do you want to run big fancy arsed programmes and i mean bigger than psp - sims etc...? if you want a nice graphics card youd probably want to upgrade that
