Exactly. Which is why you do not go to Dell for an upgrade. And be prepared to get more RAM ASAP unless they have their recurring double memory offer. Designed for XP with 128 MB RAM. *shakes head* I dislike Dell a bit more than I dislike most other computer companies. That is because all Dell computers I have come across has had some sort of problem. But I guess you can get a computer from them. But be prepared to upgrade it and/or having to replace faulty hardware, reinstall OS, remove all unnecessary Dell programs on it and such.
