I have no problem doing the floor angel. Unfortunately I pedriiocally get a very sharp pain in my upper back by my left shoulder blade. It seems to happen if my shoulders are hunched over and when I pull my shoulders back and open up my chest area, all is fine. It's very hard to be in the pulled back shoulders position all the time! Are there any exercies that would strengthen something and allow me to round my shoulders at times without pain??
