I don't know the last time a straight-forward cold wiped me out so much! In fact, I can't even remember the last time I had time off work for a cold - I've had three and a half days for this one! (Ok, the first of them was my day off. But had it not been, there's no way I'd have been in work. I was practically comatose.) Back to work tomorrow, but not feeling quite as good as I would like before going back. Got to at some point though.
At least it's not laryngitis. I had that twice in 2012, both times completely and utterly unable to speak for 7-10 days, and a weakened voice for much longer. Given that my job relies on me talking constantly... yeah. Not fun. And frustrating to feel fine but not be able to go into work because no voice.
