So, this one's very secure, especially considering how small our team is and how many roles each person plays. I work for a nonprofit, so we're tight knit and hard working. This new job, if I get it, would be quite secure. I'll know within a few weeks and it hopefully comes with a bit of a pay bump, which would help mightily as Matt looks for work.
I know it's silly to keep sharing things here, but I just can't help it. :) Been doing it too long.
