the hospital says that a 29th Feb baby has all sorts of hassles with birth certificates and official documents all through their life due to computers today not handling the idea of having a birthday on the 28th (unofficially) and the 29th (officially) at the same time... many can't handle the 29th Feb at all.

so they gave Natasha the option of the 28th or the 1st March....

but yeah, it would've been hella cool to stir her up every few years and say "you're only 7!!" on her 28th birthday....
I colour stuff...
