no really - talent...
im talented at pinpointing what peoples needs are, specifically people with a disability, special need or person at a disadvantage. Im also pretty good at assessing employment needs. Think: advocacy. And using what I know to find a solution.
Im very business minded and have a talent for 'business' i know thats pretty vague but the talent i have with it is as diverse as business is.

creativity is also a talent or maybe its more of a skill? both with craft, life, business, people..
