I absolutely love the 1995 version, and if you had read the book, it's far more true to it than the film which, by necessity I suppose, misses a lot out but just doesn't have the right feel for me and lots is just inaccurate, eg, the farm they live on - they were a fairly noble, if poor, family for goodness sake, they didn't live on a farm. I also hate Keira Knightly, which I admit probably didn't help!
