My parents co-signing on a house for me. :-)
The house is next-door to my parents' house. Our neighbor died in March (I think... Might have been April). The house was put on the market for $129,000... We put an initial bid in on it for $75,000. After months of no one being even interested in it, the sons and daughter of my neighbor settled with us for $82,000 (plus the various other costs).
We're settling on January 21. Kind of strange that I'll own a house before I even own a car.
