I truly believe it. I failed to make it into a show I auditioned (and got to callbacks) for. There were four of us left. Only one could have the part. So, I'm blessed to have been asked back because I know dozens of others weren't (there were over 70 people who auditioned for 9 parts). So, that feels good.
And now I have time to get back to my novel, and that fills me with joy. Truly, failure in one area does not equate to misery in life. I'm blessed. And I'm editing my last chapter. And that feels AWESOME.
