I have everything that's in the recommended section except for the DirectX 9 level Graphics Card, which I interpreted "level" as meaning "or equivalent." Since there are no charts anywhere that say which cards are equivalent to each other, and seeing as I have one of the most current OSs out there, it seemed like a pretty safe bet that my Intel 4 series express chipset family was good enough to run the game.
As for unlimited internet, that doesn't work when you have an internet card.
