It would have been Enterprise. Some episode where the second in command goes onboard an alien vessel to fix something, only he initially doesn't adjust to the environment very well, and, despite the technological advancement of the aliens, the closest thing to water they can make are some kind of cube things.
Seriously? Is water really that complicated?
I never got into the show for several reasons:
(1) The theme song sucked. I didn't like the singer and I think they should have just stuck with classical music. Can't go wrong there!
(2) It irked me to no end that they kept calling the ship Enterprise instead of the Enterprise. I have this same problem with Voyager. Leaving the "the" out of it just sounds wrong.
Eh. Looks like I got off on a tangent.
