You'd have thought he'd have got bored with only playing four songs! That must have been very very irritating.
Old ladies are great to live in the same block with! We used to have a lovely old lady next to us, who was also quite deaf - she never heard us and we only ever heard her TV - she used to watch Millionaire over and over again. She thought my name was Betty (actually Becky but she heard me wrong when I first told her) for ages :-D But then she moved into sheltered housing and died :-( She gave us loads of her stuff before she moved, including two very useful casserole dishes which I use for cooking chicken in all the time. Our flat's door is right outside that kitchen window, she always used to wave at us. Now there's a rude couple who live with their ruder mother (well the mother of one of them I assume) who ignore us. And also set off loads of fireworks outside our bedroom window at Eid. We miss the old lady! She assumed we were engaged when actally we weren't, just living in sin - and now we are but she isn't here to tell! Sad.
Pseudo-folk music?? That can't be good! I wonder if the guy above us ever gets tired of our faulty fire alarm that goes off if I go within 5 ft of the oven. I need to replace that - that must be really annoying for him actually.
