Though the neighbours upstairs do a) set the smoke alarm off between 2200 and 2300 EVERY night, b) particularly like vacuuming a lot and at odd hours, and c) get a bit carried away when cheering over football matches.
I do not want to buy a flat that isn't top floor. Far less noise comes through walls to adjacent houses.
