Even though this is simply an internet quiz, it does bring up a curious notion. I started thinking about this when it was disclosed that the Pope had, in his youth, been forced to join Hitler's youth. I wondered if I, living in that time and place, would have been able/willing to stand against the horrors of nazism, and the frightening answer is most likely no. I mean, standing against them could mean certain death right? It makes me wonder how many people in Germany at the time actually agreed with what was going on, and how many people went along with it out of fear.
