I'm 23.
I just got my driver's license. An hour ago.
I have a 1994 RED Chevy Corsica that I'll give about 2 years tops.
I have left my community college/junior college/feeder college with a degree in Biology and Natural Sciences.
I registered for my first quarter at UC Davis, or, more pretentiously, University of California at Davis. My mascot is a blue horse.
I'll be moving to Davis, CA in about 3 months. I will be near Sacramento, in the central valley, where it is ridiculously HOT.
I broke a heart and had mine broken twice in the last year. I also lost a very good friend, and might lose another. I'm single and plan to keep it that way for a while.
In the last 6 months, my mom had a hysterectomy, a kidney stone, attempted suicide, and had a seizure and broke a rib. She's doing alright now.
I spend a lot of time with my unemployed neighbor, and with my friends out of town who I can see more often now that I can drive myself.
I often go to a hippie tea shop in a hippie town nearby where I drink gen maicha or white tea and read, write, or draw, or just sit for a few hours.
I failed at planning my own birthday party.
I learned to knit, created a pillow, painted, and wrote poetry.
I rappelled down into a cave successfully scaring the hell out of myself.
I went to Yosemite, talked to ferns, saw a beautiful granite canyon, and went to the beach, successfully made it down a huge dune on a snowboard, then ran along the waves under the moon in my underwear.
I use a Mac.
I'm listening to a weird band called Architecture in Helsinki.
