I didn't like Nero (must be the name)...i thought his crazed motivation was...well...crazy.. The plot device of Nero thinking Spock (and also maybe the federation) was responsible for the death of his wife (and/or / planet), just did not work at all (for me at least, Meischa didn't have a problem with it), but i think it didn't actually work at all... For one, if it was Spocks fault, how do you justify killing a whole planet for the mistake of one person?! And don't even get me started about how exactly you let your planet be destroyed by a supernova if you've been space fairing for (minimum) over 300 years...hmm guys what'd ya think of this planet?! yeah not bad...though it is awfully close to a star only a few hundred years away from death...aaah we'll take care of that later...
Who's going to clear away the bodies...that's what I want to know.
