On May 16th it ends officially, but today was the last class with my favorite professor. Well, I still have one more class, but the profs. OK, but I don't care that much for the subject matter, so it's a less meaningful "last" for me.
In less than two weeks, I get my bachelors degree in Philosophy, with a minor in Mathematics. After seven years, its' finally over.
It feels weird. It's taken so long to get to this point that I'm not sure what it'll be like once it's all over. My high-school graduation at this point is only a distant memory. I've picked up the robes, and other odds and ends. Like a cool medal for over 750 volunteer service hours and cords for being on the Student Association and cords for having been an Associate Justice for the Student Association Supreme Court.
I'll miss a lot of people. (Doesn't everyone say this in regards to this sort of thing?) Way too many people for me to list or want to really think about. And so this is how it ends. Call this melancholy for the day.
