The Darkness are rock band... most notable for their music which sounded like 80s rock bands, their lyrics which were mainly about being addicted to something (usually drugs) and the really great falsetto/rock voice of the lead singer. They lasted for two albums when their lead singer said no more coz the drugs were a problem. Good for him I say. Most recognised tracks - One Way Ticket to Hell and Back and Get Your Hands of My Woman. They're, or were, a british Hard Rock/Glam Rock band. §evqui§
