Over at a college website, I found a list called Borowitz Sheet Music Collection. "Friendly Star" is on that list and at the top you can click on a link to request information about the collection which will take you to a basic online form to fill out.
I have found other links, but the artist identified with them is Philip Groeber. Over at Sheet Music Plus you will find a guitar emsemble book with a pre-shipment lead time of 1 to 2 weeks. Over at Music Room you'll find another guitar book (this time with a CD) and usually ships in 24 hours (but I think that may only apply to those in England).
